Default 550 5.7.1 This message does not comply with required standards.

The actual error message is "550 5.7.1 mAOHa6uB001015 This message does not comply with required standards." but the mAOH....part changes from message to message.

So, I can send messages no problem. If I include a link (but not any link, only specific ones...and I cannot determine what they have in common) I cannot send a message to the same recipient I just send another message. Even to myself. I receive a System Administrator email with subject "undeliverable: "subject of the message I am trying to send"". The message is received instantaneous. So it is internally generated, not received from the mail server. We do not have an Exchange server, our Web hosting company hosts our emails as well.
I get the same error on multiple computers. I get the same message with AV on or off (on pc has Symantec on pc has AVG). I get the same message if I try to send the email as simple text, rich text or HTML. It does not matter if I use word to edit the message...
I think there is something in the Outlook...I don't know what.
Does anybody know/had this issue, how to fix this?
If I add a link to http://www.google.com it goes. If I add a link to http://compusurvey.ca it doesn't. I'll play a bit with the security zones...trusted sites and a like.
Thanks a lot for you help in advance.

This is one of the weirdest things I've encountered

If I changed the http://compusurvey.ca to http://compusurvey.com it worked. If I try to attach google.com works google.ca works as well. abc.com abc.ca works as well.
What is the difference? How can I disable "whatever" check outlook does on the link? I disabled spam. I checked spam rules and there are not rules created...agains certain domains or...whatever.
I am stumped.
Help please

From what i've seen in Google it looks like its an issue with your mail server.

I've never seen this error before so can't really help.

Can you post the full NDR info? Does it show where it came from?

Top link from this is interesting:

ovlaicu,

I've had this problem also. It does not have anything to do with outlook since I don't use it. I've used different mail clients, all with the same problem in trying to send the link that is not liked. It does not matter what else is in the text of the message, just the link. I've been trying to find what causes it with no luck so far. I was able to send the message to myself, but not to another domain. I did try 2 different domains as the destination of the e-mail and both failed. But I could send it from another location. Thus, it seems it is something rejected by the mail server. I've used wireshark to check that it is a response sent to me, not internally generated.
