Why disconnect from internet?

Default Why disconnect from internet?

I have Siemens SL2-141 router from Bezeq, in last month I'm disconnect from internet in some 30-60 min. ,in system log I see :

user: ACS Disconnect with error 1

user: ACS Connect Status = 2 Connection to host rms.bezek.com(147.235.185.105):80 failed 145 (Connection timed out)

In this time I cant open roter interface, and my computers can't ressive IP's ,but all
indicators on a router in green collor .
I'm changed router 3 times.

Not in Bezeq not in Bezeq Beinleumi don't know what a problem,if yo can halp me please.

If you already changed the router and cables I would contact you're ISP.
Let them investigate if they can find any issues

do you have a static IP with your ISP?

if not, you will have to configure with the new IP.

my old ISP used to be fine if i left everything plugged in, but if i disconnected and the uptime exceeded the lease, when i plugged it back in the IP had changed. then i had to reflect those changes in the routers, cause i had one static connection and one dynamic.

may or may not be applicable to your situation. just my two packets...

When you have changed ISP, you also have to check on your router device if there is any connectivity and that you entered the appropriate credentials.
Check your name and password, then check the connection type, also check ATM VC Settings and try again.
If that does not help, check that you are connected to the appropriate ISP and also that the previous ISP has disconnect the signal first.
You cannot have 2 signals on the same line.
B.T.W, is it a signal over a copperline or cable?
