One possible way to block MSN messenger is to block access to the domain hotmail.com as I believe this is used for MSN login

WOW

Instead of Blocking People why dont u try fooling people?

I have recorded few vedeos of myself and now I just play them on skype using fake webcam at my workplace. None of my buddy could figure out that its not me
And believe me it worked out I made my enemies dance to my tunes!
