Default ISA Server 2004 - L2TP/IPSec

Hi Daniel,
my name is Mauro. I live in Italy, this is my first post...
I have a great problem... only you can help me!!!
I have installed ISA Server 2004 and I have configured VPN connection with L2TP support.
When I try to connect on public IP the server not respond, with PPTP support enable all function well... but I want to use L2TP/IPSec!!!
So I have disabled PPTP on ISA configuration.
Maybe I wrong ISA's L2TP configuration... You have some idea, how can I configure all correctly?
Thank you for your help.

Bye,
Mauro.
